Job Description

Are you good at working with a global team and great at communication? We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to join our global training delivery team.

As global trainer you be part of a training team supporting Train-The-Trainer sessions to each region/country team. You will be expected to deliver a standardised global training curriculum to support a global technology transformation program. There will be aspects of scheduling, content creation (documents, online content and videos), and training delivery.

The Role

  • Deliver training to end users remotely via MS Teams
  • Maintain and adapt training material based on global requirements
  • Work with the central delivery team to update and create new training materials as new features develop
  • Work as a team to manage training communications, schedules, and evaluation reporting
  • Current experience of Camtasia or a similar eLearning tool is advantageous

The Requirements

  • Content Creation: Experience with creating high quality training material in different formats
  • Training Delivery: Proficient in delivering IT systems training, both in a physical classroom and virtual environment (preferably with experience delivering interactively via Microsoft Teams)
  • Stakeholder management: You will be working with analysts, developers, and core delivery team as well the local teams.
  • Time management: You will be responsible for managing the training schedule and delivering training to end users. You’ll need to be able to manage these tasks concurrently.
  • Articulate: You’ll need to be able to tailor both written and verbal communication and material to best deliver the training
