Job Description

Role: Progress Tutor
Location: Greater Manchester
Type: Full time temporary
Rate: £14.00 - £17 per hour

Eden Brown are currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic Progress Coach/Tutor on behalf of a leading Sixth Form College in Greater Manchester.

The purpose of this role is to provide pastoral care, educational and careers guidance and support to a case load of learners on the Study programmes, to ensure they are positively engaged with the learning journey, fully stretched and achieve their goals across the creative studies department.

This is a temporary role starting immediately until the end of the academic year.

The successful candidate will have:
  • Experience of working effectively with young people in an educational setting
  • Experience of liaison, advocacy and collaborative working
  • Experience in working with learners on a 1-2-1 basis and in groups
  • Experience of coaching and motivating learners of different ages and abilities

A current DBS is also required. If you do not have a current DBS Eden Brown can apply on your behalf.
