Job Title: Video Editor/Content Creator

We are a fast-growing marketing agency seeking a highly skilled and creative video editor/content creator to join our young team. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and editing engaging video content that will help to promote our clients' brands and drive business growth.

A bit about us:

We're a startup marketing agency and have been established for over a year, we are moving into our new offices based in Chippenham and are looking for you to be a part of the next step forward. We service a lot of clients who use our " content marketing " service which includes a lot of video.

What would your day to day responsibilities look like?

- Editing video content for websites, social media platforms and ad campaigns.

- Designing graphics/imagery based content for websites, social media platforms and ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to conceptualise, storyboard, shoot, and edit video content for our clients' websites, social media channels, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Edit raw footage into compelling video content that tells our clients' brand stories and resonates with their target audiences.
  • Manage and organize a large volume of video assets, including archival footage, graphics, and audio.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices for video production and experiment with new creative ideas and techniques.
  • Ensure that all video content is optimised for SEO, mobile viewing, and other technical requirements.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in video editing and content creation, preferably in a marketing or advertising context.
  • Able to use Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other video editing software.
  • Strong storytelling and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
  • Experience working with a wide range of video formats, including live-action, animation, and motion graphics.
  • Familiarity with video production equipment and techniques, including cameras, lighting, and sound recording.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing your video editing and content creation skills.
