The Home Instead Aylesbury Vale and North East Oxfordshire office was established in 2013, and since then we have always been passionate about supporting clients within the communities we serve, to help positively change the face of aging.
 The primary purpose of a Field Team Leader is to ensure that our clients receive the appropriate support and a high-quality service. You will work closely with the Care Manager and Scheduling Coordinator while in the office, and the Senior Care Professionals and Care Professional team in the field to achieve this.
The Role
This role is salaried from £21,500 per year, subject to increase rates based on qualifications and experience.

The company are based in Abingdon however they can offer either hybrid working or fully remote. Solid enterprise level Microsoft applications development.
To be employed in this role you must have held a full driving licence for at least one year, and be able to drive a 3.5 ton automatic van.
