Field Specialist – Surface Well Test

Role Overview
A unique opportunity has become available for an experienced Well Tester to join the testing services team as a Field Specialist.
We can offer in-depth training and a structured career progression plan to enable your growth within the organisation.
Work will be on an adhoc basis, across a range of European offshore locations.
Responsibilities
- Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
- Responsible for service delivery execution.
- Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
- Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
- Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the CAT, self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
- Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
- Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.
- Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.
- Maintain the required safety training.
Requirements
- Previous experience in surface well testing or a related field
- Experience using specialised testing equipment
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
