We have exciting opportunities for a Workforce Planning Manager to join our team
As a Workforce Planning Manager, you’ll be working with the central and operational teams to develop the Workforce Planning Function and produce high quality resourcing plans which meet the needs of the operation.
You will be expected to drive change in the operations you are working on, manage the function with cost leadership in mind, as well as quality of service.
This is a broad mix of hands-on analytics and strategy. It will require an individual that can drive the workforce planning strategy while creating and delivering on the workforce plan.
Exceptional stakeholder management, with resilience and maturity to face challenges from senior members of the business and partner to deliver a positive outcome.
