Lead 3rd Line Engineer - MS Gold Partner

Cloud Support - Up to £45k

MS Gold Partner have been successfully growing as a business, and are looking for someone with strong technical knowledge of M365 who can help with Service Desk Team Leadership, but also be hands on technically. They are offering autonomy within the role to lead the team, but also get involved in the 3rd Line Support issues remaining technically hands on. This role sits within Managed Services but there is also opportunities to progress within the company into professional services and other areas of the business.

The role will involve co-ordinating and prioritising the response to L2-L4 incidents, tasks and problems within the managed service team whilst providing guidance and mentoring to the team. This role is ideal for someone who is currently leading a support team, or would like to move from support into a team lead position

  • Experience and expertise in the administration, configuration and maintenance of M365
  • Knowledge of the M365 Roadmap
  • Ability to manage time and priorities under pressure, managing and meeting service deliverables including SLA/KPIs
  • Technical Team Leadership

Not essential but nice to have:

  • Power Platform experience
  • M365 / Azure certifications
