Hose Rhodes Dickson are looking for a new Development Account Manager to join us on a permanent basis based in our busy offices.

The busy New Homes department at Hose Rhodes Dickson has a full time Development Account Manager position available. The account managers role is to be the main point of contact for a number of developments.

To be considered for this role, you will need the following experience and skills:

• Good customer service skills
• Administrative and organizational skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel and other software essential.
• Full driving licence
• Experience in property would preferable
• 5 days a week including Saturdays
• Good communications with applicants, developers and solicitors.
• Previous experience in sales progression
• The applicant will be required to carry out viewings and face to face site meetings.
• Be a good team player.
• Confident in creating reports
• Good attention to detail and creativity
