Job Description

Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an ADMIN ASSISTANT for a well-established company in HALIFAX

This is a full-time, permanent position with no agency probation period!

About You:

High work ethic & team player.
Punctual & reliable.
Flexible approach.
Excellent phone communication skills as there will be a large amount of calls made to our field agents for progress updates, support and assistance purposes.
Strong PC skills e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook. Knowledge of Excel is critical.
Extremely detail orientated / ability to recall information quickly and ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
Must be able to work on their own but seek guidance when needed.
2 year admin experience required
Driving License preferred

About the role:

Monday to Friday 9-5.
Salary: £23,000 per annum.( raises to 24,750 after 3 month probation period)
General administrative duties within an construction company
Must be diverse and happy to help in other departments as and when needed, as well as speaking to customers via phone and email.
Start: ASAP.
