Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an ADMIN ASSISTANT for a well-established company in HALIFAX

This is a full-time, permanent position with no agency probation period!
About You:
  • High work ethic & team player.
  • Punctual & reliable.
  • Flexible approach.
  • Excellent phone communication skills as there will be a large amount of calls made to our field agents for progress updates, support and assistance purposes.
  • Strong PC skills e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and MS Outlook. Knowledge of Excel is critical.
  • Extremely detail orientated / ability to recall information quickly and ability to effectively prioritize workflow.
  • Must be able to work on their own but seek guidance when needed.
  • 2 year admin experience required
  • Driving License preferred
About the role:
  • Monday to Friday 9-5.
  • Salary: £23,000 per annum.( raises to 24,750 after 3 month probation period)
  • General administrative duties within an construction company
  • Must be diverse and happy to help in other departments as and when needed, as well as speaking to customers via phone and email.
  • Start: ASAP.
