Salary: upto £30,000 plus performance related bonus, company car& fuel card.

Working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, you’ll be helping global brands - such as, Unilever, Britvic, PepsiCo, Kerry Foods and Microsoft – deliver their key sales and marketing strategies. You’ll find yourself part of a friendly and supportive team and will always have the opportunity to take ownership of tasks and demonstrate your ideas and initiative.
We have a new exciting opportunity within the Unilever team. As a Regional Development Executive you will be responsible for maintaining stakeholder relationships, delivering territory strategy & sales growth targets, executing business plan management, contact strategy and perfect store target delivery.
As part of this role, you will work with a portfolio of existing customers including Merlin, National Trust & Haven. However, you will also be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities (this will involve cold calling).

Who are we looking for?
- Strong passion for delivery, implementation and constant evaluation of business
- Catering / food knowledge
- Point of sale execution, tracking and evaluation
- Negotiation skills including use of “contracts”
- Examples of maintaining data through systems
- Analytical skills that identify opportunities growth and mitigates future risks
- Participating as part of a team in a pro-active manner, supporting colleagues to perform at very best

This is a field based role which will involve regular travel on a daily basis, so you must be comfortable driving distance. Overnights may be required on occasion.
