Job Description

Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and customer-focused team? Our company is seeking a motivated individual to fill the role of Call Centre Agent on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, interacting with them via inbound and outbound calls to provide excellent customer service and support.

The Ideal Candidate

  • A friendly and personable individual with a talent for putting customers at ease over the phone.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining composure and making sound decisions.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to retain and record information accurately.
  • Adept at asking probing questions to understand and diffuse tense situations.
  • Excellent time management skills with a strong ability to prioritise tasks and make quick decisions.
  • Adaptability and accountability in handling diverse customer needs.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers to assist with placing orders, answering inquiries, and troubleshooting issues.
  • Process orders and payments efficiently and accurately.
  • Manage customer complaints by actively listening to and addressing their concerns in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with customers as necessary to ensure satisfaction and resolution of any outstanding issues.
  • Make outbound calls as required to provide customers with necessary updates and information.
  • Manage and update customer database with accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Collect and report customer feedback to relevant departments to facilitate ongoing improvement
  • Provide assistance and training to newer agents as necessary to ensure a consistently high level of customer service.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £22,043.66-£23,901.00 per year
