Care Assistant
Care Home: Hylton Grange
Location: Sunderland (SR4)
Contract type: Full time and part time hours available
Shifts Available: Various – Must be flexible for days and nights, 12 hour shifts
Rate: Up to £10.77 ph dependent on qualifications
This role will have a provisional start month date of July.

When open, Hylton Grange will specialise in supporting adults living with acquired brain injuries, complex mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities.
