About us
Lancashire County Council's in-house Digital Services are looking for a candidate to manage our outstanding Service Centre, someone who wants to develop their career in a dynamic, innovative department with over 450 staff.
About the role
This role will enhance your existing skills and experience, you will be responsible and accountable for the overall management and operations of front-line customer contact and relationship management within the councils Service Centre. It covers all elements of Digital Services from delivery through to support.
Your role will give you opportunities to:
Build on the 'can do' culture in the Service Centre, bringing in new services which meet the changing demands of our customers.
Manage a large team of professionals whose focus is managing, monitoring and continually improving service delivery and customer relationships.
Become an integral part of the Education Digital Service and the Operate Senior Management Team.
