We are working for a UK leading business that offers digital to embroidery printing solution. We are recruiting for a Customer Advisor that comes with a Graphics or Textiles or Print background, and the the role is working with a business that sells embroidered, printed items. Your background in a Graphics, creative design will be perfect for this position.
The Customer Advisor position will require you to test, trouble shoot and train customers on all equipment that they sell as well as helping them to understand what else they can use the machines for! So coming with a background in Graphics, Textiles or Print will mean you are able to understand the machines and their needs.
As a Customer Advisor your role will range from a quick call with the customer, to virtual training through to printing samples and offering different sample options through your knowledge of fabric.
