Job Description

We are looking for a Student and Client Services Administrator to join our team.


You will provide outstanding advice and support for existing and prospective students, in person, via email and telephone. You will build and sustain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent client service. You will provide information to internal customers. You will contribute to the success of the team in meeting its KPI and targets.


This is an excellent opportunity for am Administrator who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.

About You

  • Excellent organisation skills and experience ideally within an administrative role

  • Experience of working within a customer/client focused environment

  • Ability to effectively manage a busy workload with conflicting priorities

  • Accuracy and attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self -motivation with a focus on delivering a high quality of work

  • Proficiency in the use of office packages and databases

  • Tenacity to resolve issues as they arise

  • Team player able to work collaboratively with and through others

  • The role will involve manual handling of materials and classroom furniture layout

  • Willingness to work flexible hours to meet business needs, and able to cover evening and weekend working throughout the year

Shortlisted applicants will be asked to attend an online interview. If you are successful at this stage you will then be invited to attend a face to face 2nd stage interview at our Kaplan offices. The 2nd stage interview will include more competency and scenario based questions, as well as a 45 minute skills based test, the details of which will be shared in the interview.
