We are looking for a compassionate Principal Clinical Psychologist to join us in the CommunityRehabilitation Team as part of the Rehabilitation and High Support (RHS) Care hub in PennineCare NHS Foundation Trust. The post will suit an enthusiastic and experienced Psychologistwith an interest in service development and a desire to work within a community setting.The Community Rehabilitation Team supports service users who are ready to step down frominpatient rehabilitation services into the community. The aim of the team is to reduce thelength of inpatient stay for service users from acute and rehabilitation wards, incorporatingleast restrictive practice, the NICE guidelines for complex psychosis and the Getting It RightFirst Time (GIRFT) national program.The team is currently based at Trust HQ in Ashton but this may be subject to change. Asthe team is a trust wide service you will be expected to travel across all five boroughs withinthe trust footprint.The team operates during office hours of Monday to Friday 9am-5pmWe are looking to recruit a motivated and enthusiastic Principal Clinical Psychologist to drive this exciting endeavour. The successful candidate will have significant experience working with people with psychosis across a range of services.
