Conference & Review Team
Hours: Full time; 37 hours per week
Contract: Temporary
You will provide clerical support to Independent Child Protection Chairpersons facilitating all aspects of safeguarding conferences, young person plan meetings and Joint elevation meetings; this includes taking minutes at conferences/meetings, pre and post work, updating systems and ensuring quality customer service support to families and professionals attending conferences/meetings. Additional and specific support will be required within the team in addition to minuting conferences.
You will be proficient in using Microsoft systems, word, excel (creating and auditing data) and creating PECS (pictorial exchange communication systems) and visual reports. Part of the role is customer facing which requires exceptional communication and listening skills. The requirement of taking minutes directly using a laptop and delivering quality assured minutes within 24 hours.
