THE ROLE

We’re looking to appoint a Quality Control Officer to support our expanding Quality Control Department. Assessing the quality of bespoke incoming and outgoing components, the Quality Control Officer will ensure production standards are met and maintained on a variety of high-performance projects – ensuring our continued success on some of the world’s most acclaimed motorsport series.

The role responsibilities include:

  • Full inspection of a wide range of technical components, from both internal and external suppliers, to ensure they meet our specific requirements and standards.
  • Identifying defects, logging and reporting these, and resolving them with suppliers.
  • Inspecting certificates from suppliers, auditing trails, and confirming certificates are correct.
  • Providing feedback to department heads in respect of quality assurance outcomes.
  • Laser etching components for full traceability and maintaining in-house documents and rejection notes.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking to appoint a motivated team player with previous experience of Quality Control.

You should be well organised with a keen eye for detail and be capable of prioritising busy workloads in a time-sensitive environment.

You should have an understanding and knowledge of ISO 9001 standards, and an ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

You should have strong computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

You should also have strong in communication and collaboration skills, and be confident working as part of a team as well as under your own initiative.
