Overview:
The Customer Care Coordinator will communicate with our client's customers, site managers, directly employed maintenance operatives and contractors to encourage customers to provide them with information about any problems that they may have, to record that information carefully onto the computer system, and to arrange for their problems to be addressed as quickly as possible by coordinating appointments, labour and parts. The role is based within a small team and also involves effective working with other parts of the business.
Starting salary £21-22K plus Bi annual Bonus OTE £25K, plus £20 bonus for every yes you receive from customer satisfaction surveys -Potential £200 monthly)
23-24 days hols (TBC) plus bank holidays -shut down at Christmas-may start offering paid time off instead of asking colleagues to save holidays for shut down
