The Role

As a Customer Services Coordinator you will be joining a dynamic team on a 12 Month FTC basis. You’ll focus on providing dedicated support to our external customers. In this role You’ll:

• Process orders, monitor performance and respond to queries and questions.
• Investigate and troubleshoot customer issues and problems.
• Report and analyse performance, find opportunities to improve service and reduce costs.
• Lead in comments for the weekly Regional Service Calls with Regional Supply Teams.
• Site Service/Risk tracking and system updates based on current trackers and projected despatches.
• Service deep-dive, tracking and reporting with Customer Services and Planning.
• Ensure customers receive the highest level of service. Every time.
