Trainee Financial Planning Administrator
Location: Sheffield

Our client, a well known company who offer independent financial advice to their large bank of clients, now has an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and talented individual to join a growing team as a Junior Financial Planning Administrator.
As a member of the Financial Planning support team, the individual will participate in all aspects of client service administration, providing support to a growing team of Financial Planners and Paraplanners.
Responsibilities
General office admin tasks including scanning and filing
Creating meeting packs
Dealing with the incoming and outgoing post
Diary Management for the Financial Advisers
Adding and updating client details on the system
Processing new business
Liaising with third parties including product providers
