Due to internal secondment to the Trust's Fusion Project (Integration of Community, Mental Health and Learning Disability services across Hampshire and the IoW), we have an opportunity for an experienced People Services leader to join our team until March 2024. In this role you will support the delivery of the Trust's strategic People ambitions through leadership across a broad range of operational People Services supporting all staff groups (specialist medical HR support provided separately). You will also support Project Fusion pre integration work streams specific to your service areas as a subject matter expert, supported by your teams and working with partner Trusts.
