About the role:

Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Floor Housekeeper at 11 Cadogan Gardens:

• Checking the standard of cleanliness throughout the Hotel and ensuring the room attendants/public areas attendants are offered support and help where needed.
• Deal with any housekeeping enquires or special requirements and work as a team to ensure that our guests are receiving an excellent guest experience.
• To maintain correct stock levels in housekeeping stores and be confident in the upkeep of any housekeeping paperwork, assisting the Head Housekeeper in any related duties.
• Have a good eye for detail; you are good at noticing small but important things, liaising with the maintenance department when required.
• Have the ability to prioritise workload of self and others
• You will be a teamworker, and will understand that Health and Safety Standards are paramount, ensuring all policies and procedures are strictly followed.
