About Ribble View:

Ribble View supports 30 adults living with complex mental health needs and physical disabilities.

The home has three ten-bed units, which gives it a homely and welcoming feel. In 2021, the home had a makeover and now has a smoothie bar, a café, a beauty salon and a pub.

Ribble View is rated ‘Good’ with the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and has an average rating of 5 out of 5 on carehome.co.uk.

About the Role:

You will be responsible, as the Housekeeper, for a team of domestic assistant . The Housekeeper plays a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness in our homes, ensuring that every room and living space is clean, tidy and maintained at all times.

A champion for hygiene and infection control within the home, you’ll have access to specialist equipment and materials to ensure you can create a welcoming, safe and comfortable environment for residents, as well as their friends and families.. This means that you are part of a team that make a difference each and every day .

Ideally, you will have previous experience of working as a Housekeeper, although the sector is not important. An eye for detail and be able to spot areas for improvement. We’ll provide you with all the necessary equipment for you to be able to do your job, including gloves and aprons to help you to actively participate in the prevention and control of infection.
