X-Height Instructor – Haverhill Leisure Centre
Our X-Height instructors have the responsibility to deliver energetic and fun filled climbing sessions for those using our climbing equipment. You will need to deliver exceptional customer service and be vigilant to the safety of those using the equipment at all times.
7.33 hours per week
Week 1 Friday 16:00-20:30
Week 2 Off
Week 3 Friday 16:00-20:30 Saturday 09:45-16:15 Sunday 09:45-16:15
Salary
Your hourly rate is dependent on your age and is between £8.21 and £10.42(Following national living wage changes in April 2023)
A DBS enhanced disclosure will be required for this post.
The X-Height climbing walls are a main attraction at our centre to provide an exciting experience to members and customers at the weekend and holidays – even for birthday parties! You will be able to maintain energetic and motivational customer service whilst having a flexible approach to a busy working environment as well as be responsible for the safety and wellbeing of others.
You will be required to attend an X-Height training course which is running on the 2nd July

About Haverhill Leisure Centre
Haverhill was refurbished in 2018 with a £4m development including a new gym, wellbeing studio, health rooms, cafe, and soft-play area. It also has a sports hall, fitness studios and two pools. The centre offers swimming, gym, fitness classes, swimming lessons, health, and wellbeing classes plus a range of community programmes.
