We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 6 Mental Health Practitioner to join our fantastic Community Mental Health Team at City Central.

The post holder will have a clinical case load and will be supported by the multi-disciplinary team in managing our client group.

The teams are dynamic and constantly evolving to offer the best support and treatment to the patients that we serve. Be part of an exciting and truly multi-disciplinary approach to patient care. Work alongside Social Workers, Occupational Therapists, Psychiatrists, Healthcare Assistants and Peer Support Workers all aiming to obtain the best recovery for our patients.

As part of the role, you will be supported to grow and develop in a manner and pace that you wish to. The health and wellbeing of our team members are promoted through supervision, flexible working, and other means to support you, the demands of the job and your home life.
