Equans is looking for a Multi-Skilled Technician to join our team in Finsbury Square, London on a permanent basis. This is a full time role working 40 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.

What will you deliver?

• Supports line management with the day-to-day coordination & delivery of hard services

• Helps to build team dynamic through training, support & development

• Works with the Senior Facilities Manager and Compliance Team Leader to maintain a safe operation, at all times

• Actively participates in Management Safety Visits, taking on board and rectifying any safety observations made and ensuring all team members buy into the ethos of ‘no lives at risk

• Supports the measurement of staff undertaking mandatory and nominated training including IOSH Working Safely, e-learning modules, Tool Box Talks etc. Reports gaps as necessary to line management

Who are we looking for?

• Relevant electrical City and Guilds qualifications to at least GNVQ/GSVQ level II

• 18th Edition IEE Regs

• City & Guilds Electrical Testing & Inspection (or equivalent)

• City & Guilds Electrical Installation BS 7671 (or equivalent)

• City & Guilds Building Services Accreditation (or equivalent)

• Emergency First Aid

• PAT – Portable Appliance Testing
