Executive Assistant - Investments
Permanent - £22,000+
Location - Stockport, Marple SK6
We are currently recruiting for a Office Executive Assistant to join our friendly company within the financial sector, based in Stockport.
Duties within this role are as follows:
Assist partners in team
Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports
Compose letters
Arrange meetings with clients
Prepare client presentations
Arrange travel when necessary
Answer phones and route calls to the correct person or take messages
Meet and greet clients and visitors in a professional manner, and clear meeting rooms when meetings have finished
Flexible to assist other executive assistants when necessary ie. holidays and absences
For this role I am looking for a good "all-rounder" someone who has excellent communication and organisational skills. You will be professional and friendly and happy to take on various roles within the office to help and accommodate your colleagues when required.
Within this role you can progress, with opportunities to learn new skills.
The hours are essentially 9-5 Monday to Friday with some hybrid working once the successful candidate is settled into the role. My client are a small company however there is flexibility in the working day provided that your work and the "office" is covered.
The salary is £22,000+ depending on experience
