An exciting opportunity to be part of the team delivering Santander’s Re-Engineering & Strategic Partnership Capability across a range of projects.

As our PMO Analyst you’ll be responsible for providing programme management office and project analyst support to all projects and other deliverables, applying the organisation’s project delivery standards.

The role will support the PMO Manager in the operation of project governance, including organising meetings and working groups, preparation of project governance materials and capturing and tracking action logs.

The difference you’ll make.

  • Supporting the PMO range of activities to enable the effective and timely delivery of projects within the workstreams of a programme
  • Monitoring and controlling programme finances on a day-to-day basis, including the management of spend requests and other procurement requirements
  • Supporting the Re-engineering & Strategic Sourcing community embedding of PMO methods, tools and best practices across all programmes
  • Supporting definition and maintenance of OKRs for prioritised projects
  • Maintaining the programme’s risks and issues log
  • Sourcing and collating relevant information from business areas to enable development, maintenance, and monitoring of project plans, and gathering status reporting information

What you’ll bring.

  • Excellent MS Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a PMO or Project environment or Prince2/other Project qualification

It would also be nice for you to have.

  • Experience with Planview and Wave
  • Prince2 or other Project / PMO qualifications
  • Good understanding of Governance processes and Risk Controls
  • Experience of creating and maintaining financial business cases

What else you need to know.

This is a full-time role, based in Bradford with flexible working, 2 days in the office and 3 days working from home.
