Due to our impressive consistent growth and strong ambitions within the IT & Telecoms sector, we are currently recruiting for a Photocopier Engineer to join our Digital team who is looking for good development and career progression.

The Role

  • Car Allowance / Company car
  • 25 Days Holiday + 8 Bank Holidays
  • Field based with occasional office working (Reigate)

As an individual you will need to have a high level of personal motivation, a willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment and be an effective communicator.

Additionally, you will be responsible for:

  • Installation and networking of Multifunctional Devices (Photocopiers, Printers) at customer premises
  • Effective liaison with customers and 3rd parties involved
  • Maintenance diagnosis/replacements of spare parts
  • Remote technical support to customers for IT and software related issues (where possible)
  • End User training for hardware and software products installed

Who are we looking for?

We are seeking a Photocopier Engineer with:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience, preferably with Canon/Toshiba with their product related qualifications
  • Excellent Networking skills
  • Driving Licence
  • Microsoft Office and OS proficient
  • Experience of carrying out IP-based installations
  • Able to demonstrate focused customer care skills, both on site and remotely
  • Any Papercut or Uniflow training and experience is desirable
  • High level of personal motivation & ability to communicate at all levels
  • Positive attitude and behaviour, as well as trustworthy, credible and reliable nature
