The four acute Trusts in Humber and North Yorkshire have come together to form the Collaboration of Acute Providers (CAP), to work together on transformational change programmes at scale. The Collaboration of Acute Providers is hosted by York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and is an integral part of the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care System. As a system we are embarking on major transformational change across our diagnostic services.
