Project Architect

Salary : £35k - £45k

Permanent, Full time, Hybrid Working.

An established architectural studio in London, known for our innovative and sustainable designs are seeking a Project Architect to join their dynamic team and contribute to projects across various sectors, with a particular focus on commercial and industrial builds.

As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading and managing multiple architectural projects from concept to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. You will collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams, whilst being on site when required.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage architectural projects from concept to completion, adhering to design briefs, building codes, and regulations.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal team to develop design concepts and prepare architectural drawings using Revit and MicroStation.
• Prepare and review construction documents, including detailed drawings, specifications, and schedules.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring efficient project delivery and meeting deadlines.
• Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior architects, reviewing their work and providing feedback.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ideally 5+ years of post-qualification experience.
• ARB or RIBA Part 3 qualified.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, MicroStation .
• Experience running multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong technical knowledge of building regulations, construction methods, and materials.
