The team is currently experiencing a particularly busy period and are searching for a Property Litigation Solicitor to hit the ground running with a busy caseload waiting for you.
Ideally, this firm are searching for an ambitious Property Litigation Solicitor, between 2 and 4 years PQE, who wants to join a leading team in the North West. The role will see you focusing on trespass, restrictive covenants, adverse possession, breach of contract claims, professional negligence, boundary disputes and more.
