Due to continued growth the position of Quantity Surveyor has become available to join our dedicated team based in London/Essex

The Regional Delivery Partnership is a framework contract with Highways England for the development, design and construction of capital road projects that form part of the Regional Investment Programme . The A12 Chelmsford to A120 Widening, is approximately 25km between junctions 19 to 25 and involves upgrading the route to dual three lane carriageway consisting of both online and offline new build. The approximate value is £1B

This role will be site based with the option for dynamic working.

Role Requirements

  • Holds an RICS/CICES accredited degree or enrolled on an accredited part-time post-graduate degree with at least three years of relevant experience
  • Minimum 3 years post graduate experience in construction industry in a commercial role
  • Demonstrable financial and commercial acumen
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Champions Sustainability Safety, Health and Environment by putting personal safety and wellbeing at the heart of everything we do and helping the environment and communities to thrive
  • Having integrity by always doing the right thing in the right way
  • Must be customer focussed by striving for excellence through understanding, anticipating and meeting their needs
