Recruitment Specialist

I am delighted to be working with a Specialist company within the Automotive industry based in Belfast to recruit their new Recruitment Specialist on a Full-time, permanent basis…

You will report into the HR manager and provide a professional HR management service across the company, this will include:

Working closely with the HR team on providing HR advice and guidance to colleagues and line managers.
Implement and assist in management of recruitment process.
Generate and prepare employment contracts and all related correspondence.
Communicating HR procedure to all departments.
Assist in management and recording of all learning and development for teams.

What we are looking for…

Experience working as a HR professional in busy office environment
Experience of working with HR database
Excellent Communication and Presentation Skills in English (interpersonal, listening, written and oral)
Ability to take accountability and work on own initiative without supervision
A flexible approach to work to meet the needs of the business and the role including flexible around travel to all locations as required.
Excellent IT Skills with proven experience in Microsoft Packages
