Recruitment Consultant (Digital, Creative markets)
Location: Part or fully remote working available - Office based in Dudley.
£22k-£28k + OTE, good commission (up to 30%) and a great team!
Our Digital team are expanding, and we are looking for motivated, experienced recruiters to be part of building something special!
Do you know your Motion Designers from your Full Stack Developers? If yes then great, if no then not a problem. We have a team that are happy to share their knowledge and bounce around new ideas to give you what you need to succeed in this exciting market.
Working with a mix of SME and Multinational clients, you will be helping clients to build their creative and development teams. Whether it's a Technical Product Owner, a Full Stack Developer or a Digital Designer.

This position is within our successful Digital team working permanent roles.
Profile:
You will have a min. of 1 years recruitment experience, gained ideally within IT, Digital markets, but we are open minded on the sectors you may have worked in if you are up for a change.
You will be self-motivated with the ambition and drive to develop a strong market presence. You should be able to talk us through your achievements and have experience building strong relationships.
The Package

• Basic Salary: £22,000 - £38,000
• Car allowance
• Uncapped commission, you control your own earnings!!!
