An exciting opportunity has arisen at Workington Community Rehabilitation Team for an enthusiastic Band 4 Assistant Practitioner to join our dedicated team. A great opportunity to try out community ICC working.
This varied role will involve working with community patients upon their rehabilitation goals, as well as completing rapid response visits with an emphasis on supporting discharge and admission avoidance.
The role also involves working with our in-patients to carryout rehabilitation tasks along with therapy activities where appropriate.
Training will be delivered using a combination of virtual classroom remote learning and face-to-face block release weeks at our state-of-the-art training
In this role you will be required to dismantle, assess and repair police fleet vehicles and associated equipment. A valid full driving license is essential.
