This global logistics business has offices based worldwide and due to current expansion and growth they are looking to open further offices across the world, therefore this an exciting time to join the organisation based at their UK Headquarters in Sandbach.

Due to the businesses continued growth, they are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join their Human Resources Team.

Reporting into the Human Resources and Training Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the department by assisting the HR Team with HR administration, recruitment, payroll and advisory tasks to provide a strong service to the global workforce.

This opportunity will involve travel across the UK, Europe and Worldwide initially 3 times per year.

What we need from you?
  • Assisting the HR Team with payroll, advisory and training and development tasks whilst supporting the ongoing development of the HR function.
  • Taking ownership of the business’s full recruitment and selection process.
  • Strong knowledge of UK law, with a strong knowledge of International HR being desirable.
  • You must be studying towards a relevant HR Qualification.
  • Previous experience working within a busy international HR function.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to differing service needs according to laws, culture and departments.
  • Desire to travel to other UK and Global offices, initially 3 times per year.
