Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team based in Taunton on a fixed term contract. As a Seasonal Grounds Maintenance Operative, you will be responsible for the delivery of a great ground’s maintenance service to our clients. Working in teams, you will be responsible for a range of activity from grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, and much more during the summer.

Are you who we are looking for?

• Relevant and proven experience in grounds maintenance / horticulture / gardening
• Able to work safely using a range of equipment and hand tools (e.g. strimmers, backpack blowers, push mowers etc.)
• Experience in working in a busy team and providing a high-quality service
• Must be physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Current Full UK Driving License is essential to be considered for the role
