About the team:
As our Senior Finance Manager, you'll be part of a growing international team of over 40 people. Your manager will be our EMEA Finance Director and you'll play a vital role in the EMEA team of 8, who are geographically spread across the UK, France and Spain. This role gives you the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders, from team managers through to senior leadership across UserTesting.
The Opportunity:
No two days are the same at UserTesting so you'll enjoy working in, and leading people through, a rapidly changing and dynamic culture. As a key member of the team, you'll manage 3-4 people across EMEA and be the main point of contact for external advisors, managing both the accounts preparation and audits of c. 4 entities across the UK, France and Spain. You'll lead your team by example, getting involved in a hands-on way and taking action when you see opportunities to improve.
Day to day responsibilities include management of the accounting function and general ledger close, including account reconciliations, journal entries, analysis and reporting. Tax, VAT and governmental reporting requirements for multiple subsidiaries across EMEA will also be under your remit.
Throughout it all, you'll work closely with colleagues and stakeholders to help develop processes and procedures which enable and support our future growth.
