This is an excellent opportunity for a Specialist Senior Lawyer to have an impact within our busy Catastrophic Injury team in the North West. The role can either be based from our Manchester or Liverpool Office depending on your location.
This role will provide you with a platform for you to showcase your exceptional client care and communication skills, sound judgement, confident decision-making and significant legal knowledge and expertise.
As a Senior Lawyer with at least 8 years PQE, you will run a mixed caseload of serious/catastrophic injury claims, including severe TBIs, spinal cord injury and amputation claims, leading on cases with a value of over £1m. These are some of our most complex and high value cases.
You will be the lead lawyer on a case and be able to deal with all aspects of running it from initial interview through to trial. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate thorough working knowledge and understanding of the issues involved in dealing with serious injury claims of maximum severity.
As the lead lawyer on a case, you will supervise a qualified solicitor and have paralegal support.
