What does this role involve?
As Smart Operations Analyst you will process exceptions which occur within Utilita’s DCC managed metering portfolio.
Day to day, you will;
· investigate, analyse, and resolve data quality issues within the DCC supporting metering estate, including liaising with other energy suppliers;
· liaise with engineers on site in order to debug installation issues and ensure the successful commission of meters being installed;
· provide knowledge and support to the business on processes associated to the maintenance of the smart estate.
Who are we looking for?
You will have a keen eye for detail and have a curious approach to understanding and resolving complex processes.
You will be confident liaising between multiple systems and databases and have excellent communication skills.
To be successful in this role you will be required to pass an enhanced security vetting process.
Please note you will be required to work on a rota covering Monday to Sunday 08:00 till 22:00
