Seeking Female Support Workers for a newly opened home in Cyncoed, Cardiff

Full-time (37.5hrs a week) or part-time (from 25hrs a week)
Salary: £21,313.45 with a realistic earn up to annual salary of £27,385.08 PLUS company benefits
Early shifts, Late shifts and sleep-ins shifts
We have recently opened a new home in Cyncoed, supporting five ladies, with disabilities and are now ready to add to their wonderful support team.
The ladies are looking for support workers who are confident, proactive, engaging and caring who will support them to live their best lives - the lives that they are choosing to live.
The ladies have learning disabilities and some additional needs, including epilepsy, some specific health conditions, Downs Syndrome and visual impairment.
This is a wonderful opportunity to really get to know a small group of ladies who will thrive with your person centred support and guidance.
*** due to the preferences, and needs, of the Ladies you will be supporting, we are only recruiting female support workers, who have a full UK driving licence.
