An exciting opportunity is available for a Learning Support Worker to assist in the development of an e-portfolio for the care certificate team, as well as with other projects and activities within Learning & Development.
The post is offered on a 12 months fixed term contract. This post will be based between NTGH and Northumbria house/Cobalt, therefore a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is required.
- Working autonomously and within a team, drawing on different skills and abilities.
- To take a customer service approach in the provision of people development.
- Following guidance and supporting others to meet the needs of the service and key performance targets.

- To provide and support the best development for our people.
- To provide information, advice and guidance to service users linked to People Development needs.
- To support the development of people development programmes, activities and projects in response to organisational needs.
- To work in close collaboration with managers and staff to provide first line support and analysis of people development programmes, activities and projects.
- To support and contribute to the delivery of projects and strategies, in order to provide a high quality service and ensure the organisation meets a range of key performance indicators.
- To role model compassionate and inclusive leadership in order to shape the creation of a collective leadership culture within the trust. This means demonstrating a consistent leadership style which (a) engages, enables and empowers others (b) uses coaching to promote ownership of learning and quality improvement and (c) facilitates team working and collaboration within teams / departments and across organisational boundaries.
