Currently working with one of my clients in Exeter who are looking to hire a Service Desk Analyst for a 3 month contract via our PAYE system. This will be 5 days on-site in the Exeter office. You will be responsible for providing technical support, assisting with PC and networking issues via phone, email or onsite visits.
Key Skills:
Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
Incident Management skills with the ability to identify root cause and apply solutions to resolve
M365 experience including Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Intune and Azure
A working knowledge of Windows 10
General Network administration and troubleshooting, TCP/IP and WAN/ LAN /Wi-Fi and Network implementations (router, switch, access point installations)
