WFH/Hybrid/Office based: Hybrid (40% of month in office - 2 days per week)
Job Purpose:
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, this role supports the client in the next stages of building its future operating environment. You will be responsible for planning, developing, and delivering process, systems, and technical training programmes across the client, and to our business partners.
You will work with the Learning & Development Manager and wider Operations Leadership Team to define the scope of the training, develop repeatable content, and deliver training to cohorts of new claims handlers using various methods of delivery including face to face and remote learning via Teams. You will also be responsible for the development of bespoke online eLearning using the chosen authoring tool Adobe Captivate. You will be required to educate and develop internal staff and partners in accordance with steer and direction provided from the Learning & Development Manager and wider Operations Leadership Team. All training delivery ties back to the organisational strategy and future direction.
Role Duties:
- Consult with the Learning & Development Manager to support training needs across the scheme and partners.
- Ensure that all staff are kept up to date with changes to Siebel and business systems.
- Work closely with the Service Operating Environment project team to ensure that the training plans closely align with the wider operational delivery and transition plans.
- Ensure that new starters, returners and secondees have access to the required training.
- Understand and maintain learning management software for eLearning - LMS365.
- Write and maintain repeatable training i.e., SharePoint sites, workbooks, presentation materials, instructor guides, reference sheets, eLearning courses etc suitable for regular cohorts of new Claims Handlers.
- Analyse alternative delivery methods to ensure user learner needs and accessibility preferences are met effectively.
- Ensure all training materials and delivery is linked to the the client's Skills Matrix and Competencies or added to the skills matrix accordingly.
- Ensure eLearning courses are categorised correctly in the LMS Course Catalogue and reviewed on a periodic basis.
- Develop and cultivate relationships with internal and external SME's and Trainers to assist in the design, sign-off and delivery of training across the client and Partners.
- Ensure the accuracy and relevance of training material with business partners and project sponsors.
- Measure and monitor training effectiveness to ensure continuous learning improvement.
- Work with the Learning & Development Manager to analyse and identify areas of improvement and training gaps requiring review and upskilling.
- Support the Technical Training Manager with training for Claim Handler and Contact Centre recruit intakes at the client's and at Partner sites.
Candidate Requirements:
You will be able to demonstrate the knowledge, experience, or proficiency in:
- Knowledge of Client/Claim Management Systems and business systems
- Demonstrable experience creating remote and classroom training modules using MS Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat, or another dynamic medium.
- Knowledge of Learning Management Systems.
- Knowledge of eLearning authoring tools such as adobe captivate or Storyline.
- Experience Of planning, developing, and delivering soft skills, process, systems and technical training programmes across organisations and third-party providers.
- Experience of planning, developing, and delivering repeatable training modules in a fast-paced training environment of regular cohorts of new recruits.
