We are delighted to be recruiting for a Transformation Manager for the Northern Region (this covers UK & Ireland and Nordic Markets), which sits in the wider group Transformation & Analytics function. This role provides an exciting opportunity to partner with business stakeholders across the Region to support delivering the 1-5 year plans aligned to the local and global growth strategy.
Reporting to the General Manager of Transformation for Northern Region (NR), this role will be responsible for driving the successful delivery of business transformation and change activity for local technical and non-technical change initiatives, in line with the strategic priorities, ensuring we maximize the benefit to the Region and ultimately provide our customers with better experiences at great value.

ABOUT THE JOB
As the Transformation Manager for Northern Region, a key part of this role will be partnering with the business on Transformation Programmes or Projects to deliver results in line with the strategic plan, ensuring that all people, processes, and technology required to successfully deliver and sustain the change have been considered. This could include leading or providing guidance and support on establishing project or programme governance, change management, implementation planning, including testing & training plans, as well as ensuring that key milestones, dependencies, commercial or operational impacts and risks and resource gaps are understood and that mitigation plans are in place. You will be supporting the business with new change business cases, driving clarity on the proposal and high-level requirements, ensuring that other potential solution options have been considered, and that benefits are captured to drive robust benefit realisation and tracking and to enable informed prioritisation decisions to be made.
You will be working with the General Manager of Transformation for the Northern Region to support on evolving the processes for proposing, prioritising and planning change to ensure that the relevant information is brought together to enable speedy and efficient decisions on change and change delivery to be made to optimise the management and delivery of the Northern Region portfolio, and to drive the maximum benefit across the Region. A key part of successfully delivering and embedding these processes, will be effective engagement and transparent communication with stakeholders to align ways of working across the different Markets and teams from both business and IT.
Important to proactively managing and planning change across the Northern Region, is ensuring there is a central single view and roadmap of all change for the Region that can be shared with Senior Leaders and stakeholders. Your role will be to support with establishing and embedding a single view of change, working collaboratively to ensure the business change roadmap is aligned to the IT & e-commerce roadmap, and that any impacts to the business are communicated and planned. With a forward looking view of change, you will understand and highlight any potential future delivery constraints, so that effective mitigating actions can be put in place.
As part of driving improved quality and robustness, you will represent the business to help ensure that the Northern Region has efficient processes and a focused approach around resolving performance issues and incidents.
