Job Title: Key Account Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Key Account Manager to join our team, responsible for managing and growing key accounts within our company. As a Key Account Manager, you will be the main point of contact for our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and developing long-term relationships with them.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts
• Understand each client's business needs and objectives, and develop customized solutions to meet them
• Work closely with the internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services
• Manage the overall account health, including revenue growth and profitability
• Develop account plans and strategies, and report on account activity and progress
• Monitor market and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth
• Ensure all contract and agreement terms are met, and negotiate contract renewals and upsells

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in key account management, preferably in the technology industry
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing key accounts
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Ability to understand complex business and technical concepts, and to develop customized solutions accordingly
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
