Job Description

• To design and develop a suite of Sales Incentive reports in the new Oracle environment.
• Identifying correct data sets required to deliver the calculation process for Sales Incentive Payments.
• Establish strong controls framework for the data, process and tools ensuring data migration process is robust
• Develop simplified, accurate and meaningful suite of reports to minimise manual intervention in end to end processes
• Development of simplified process for calculating Sales Incentive Payments.

The Successful Applicant

• ACA/ACCA/CIMA
• Strong analytic skills and ability to handle complex data, experience managing confidential data.
• Focus on accuracy and controls.
• Previous experience in managing large data sets and approach to identifying issues and delivering appropriate fixes
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders
