The four acute Trusts in Humber and North Yorkshire have come together to form the Collaboration of Acute Providers (CAP), to work together on transformational change programmes at scale.

The Collaboration of Acute Providers is hosted by York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust and is an integral part of the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care System. As a system we are embarking on major transformational change across our urgent care, elective care and diagnostic services. As part of a dynamic Programme Team, we are looking for enthusiastic and experienced people to drive our change programme and deliver on our ambitions for our patients.

As a Diagnostic Project Manager you will work closely with the clinical and operational team members across the Trust, leading on pan-Trust projects to assist with driving and facilitating change across clinical pathways to ensure the best and timely care for our patients. The project roles will support our clinical networks, bringing our clinical teams together and identify opportunities to develop best practice pathways.
